What is Kirlian-Photography?

  • by

Kirlian-Photography is a photographic method that includes scanning a high voltage charge through an object that is linked to a photographic plate. The resulting image typically includes Kirlian energy or Kirlian Effect and colored “aura” around the object.

If you’re an interested photographer who likes the discover lesser known photography, you have probably perceived Kirlian-photography. The Kirlian-photography technique is a genuinely unusual way to shoot various objects. Many believe that Kirlian Photography shows the aura’s energy of persons. Because of this, Kirlian photography is a mystery, especially for those who are amateur photographers.

Kirlian-photography is a way to create pictures of energy releases around an object. An energy release is an electrical discharge caused by the ionization of gas nearby an object. These discharges often look like a Kirlian or Aura energy field or a halo around the subject, so some people consider Kirlian photographs a kind of aura-photography.

Discovery Of Kirlian Photography

In 1939, Russian discoverer Semyon Kirlian and his wife Valentina saw something new and enthralling.  They observed a hospital patient getting treatment from an electrical generator, says aura photographer Jamie Conkin. “When the electrodes were placed near the patient’s skin, there was a neon glow.” The incident inspired the Kirlians to try and capture the glow of electricity on camera. Because of their work, these aura-like images later became known as Kirlian-photography.

He was curious about this small flash of light, and he wanted to photograph it. He started to experiment with similar equipment at home, but he replaced glass electrodes with metal substitutes so that he could take photographs in visible light. Even though this was a dangerous procedure, he got unusual pictures of an energy discharge around his hand.

The Kirlian effect is a particular optical-photographic effect characterized by the presence of a glow around an observed object.

BIO-WELL – created in 1995 by the Russian Scientist Dr.Kostantin Korotkov and based on the Kirlian effect is on the other hand an electrography device, which however goes well beyond the Kirlian camera (a non-precision device), as it supplies quantifiable and scientific data.

BIO-WELL Camera is the first Device for viewing the distribution of the human field’s energy, a process that can be easily reproduced and printed at a low cost. By taking fingerprints using a special electrode system, a high-intensity electromagnetic field is formed around the fingers with the production of a gas discharge, which can be recorded and measured. The interaction between traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda medicine, and Western medicine allows the identification of the organs and systems of our body on corresponding points on our fingers
